Heather Kaiser spent the first 30 years of her career in the corporate world, working in every facet of Human Resources before changing to the fast-paced world of securities compliance. She has also successfully completed cannabis training through NJ Cannabis Certified at Raritan Valley Community College. This training has provided her with knowledge of how cannabis works in the human cannabinoid system, as well as the history of cannabis.

Ms. Kaiser is also a two-time breast cancer survivor who struggled through chemotherapy until she discovered the medical benefits of cannabis. Ms. Kaiser has found that cannabis is very helpful in alleviating body aches, sleeplessness, and other unpleasant side effects of cancer treatment. She wants to take her personal experience and share it to help others through Couslings' Route 420.
