Stephen Chin is a seasoned retail operations manager and general store manager with over 15 years of experience transforming underperforming locations into successful businesses. He earned his MBA through Rutgers University and has completed cannabis training through NJ Cannabis Certified at Raritan Valley Community College.

Mr. Chin is a subject matter expert in store leadership, retail operations, employee relations, training, and customer service. His goal is to provide the highest level of service to all of our customers, making you feel like a part of the Couslings' family!
